Serendipity

Sometimes the best images are not the ones you are after. They come up by chance, simply by being in that certain place at that certain time. I visited this area to check out a waterfall I had been long wanting to check out. It is a bit out of the way, but leaving New Hampshire and traveling to Acadia in Maine, I was going to be close enough to make it worth the drive. On my way out from visiting the waterfall, I happened across this serene fall scene. This morning was the perfect example of serendipity. Stow, Maine
