By accessing or using the E.L. Photo website (elphotoart.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Products and Services
E.L. Photo offers:
- Professional photography prints in various sizes and materials
- On-location photography lessons in Rhode Island
- Online photography instruction sessions
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, and your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping and Delivery
Photography prints are carefully packaged and shipped to the address you provide. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing for international orders.
Photography Lessons
Lesson bookings are subject to instructor availability. On-location lessons are conducted in Rhode Island at mutually agreed locations. Online sessions are conducted via video conferencing.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, text, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of E.L. Photo and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.
When you purchase a print, you receive a physical copy for personal use only. The purchase does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Limitation of Liability
E.L. Photo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or defective print, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Due to the custom nature of our prints, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
