Beaver Pond Reflection

The beavers of the San Juan Mountains in Colorado have some wonderful scenery to look at when they are building their dams. This pond is a result of a beaver dam they built on this small creek. When taking this image, I was standing right on the branches! The sunrise started off socked in with clouds, but as it progressed, there was some clearing which provided some clouds above Mt. Sneffels. San Juan Mountains – Ridgeway, Colorado
