Hiking out to Bash Bish Falls for the first time, I had so much enthusiasm! I had seen many wonderful images of it online and was excited to try my hand at creating an image there. When I arrived at the falls however, my excitement quickly dwindled as I saw the main falls barely had any water flow to them. You can see the main falls in the background of this image, just a small flow on one side of the rock. Turning my attention from them, I was forced to explore the area and find something else interesting to shoot. I found this small cascade you see here in the foreground and set my tripod up in the river. Once the light got to the tops of the trees and gave me some glow above the falls, I knew I had what I came for. Bash Bish Falls- Massachusetts
